We're hiring

Build the future of work with us.

Appy.AI is assembling a team of people who think in systems, move fast, and believe AI isn't a tool — it's an operating model. We don't hire job-fillers. We hire builders.

Why Appy.AI

A real AI-native company.
Not a buzzword.

We're building the platform that gives businesses an AI team — not just a chatbot. Every agent we ship is opinionated, specialized, and connected. This is what we work on every day. If that gets you up in the morning, keep reading.

🧠

AI-Native by Default

We use AI for everything — not as a novelty, but as operational infrastructure. You'll have tools most marketers haven't seen yet.

🚀

High Ownership, Fast Loops

No committees, no approval queues. Ship a campaign, read the data, iterate. You own the outcome start to finish.

Early = Outsized Impact

This is the ground floor. The work you do in the next 12 months will define the brand and the growth trajectory of the company.

🎯

Direct Access to Founders

No layers. You'll be in the room where decisions get made. Your perspective will shape product, positioning, and go-to-market.

🌍

Remote and Async-First

We care about results, not hours logged. Work from where you're most effective. Outcomes over attendance.

📈

Real Upside

Competitive comp and equity. When the company wins, you win. We take this seriously from day one.

Open Roles

1 open position. Make it yours.

Growth and MarketingFull-TimeRemote

Growth Marketer (AI-First)

You've already been doing AI-powered marketing before it was a job title. You use AI to think faster, produce more, and move in a week what used to take a quarter. Now do it for a company that's actually building AI — and gets what you're about.

The Role

What you're walking into

We're a small, scrappy, very online AI company. The product is strong, the team is sharp, and the go-to-market is ready to be built. That's where you come in. You're the first marketing hire — which means no playbook, no hand-off, no committee. You build the engine from scratch.

You'll own growth across every channel that matters — paid, organic, content, community. You'll use AI tools not just to write copy, but to compress the entire cycle from idea to live campaign. You'll analyze what's working, kill what isn't, and double down fast.

"Most marketers use AI to draft. You use it to think, build, test, and scale — while your peers are still scheduling the kick-off call."

Responsibilities

What you'll actually be doing

  • Own growth strategy across paid, organic, SEO, content, and social — and hold yourself accountable to the numbers
  • Design, launch, and iterate on campaigns end-to-end, from positioning to creative to post-mortem
  • Build and run an AI-assisted content engine — blog, LinkedIn, email, short-form — that actually sounds like a person worth following
  • Set up and manage paid channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) with a bias for fast testing and quick decisioning
  • Drive SEO and AEO strategy — generative search is reshaping discoverability; you already know this
  • Instrument the funnel, read the data yourself, and turn insights into action without waiting on a request
  • Work directly with founders on positioning, ICP definition, and narrative — you'll have a seat at the strategic table
  • Experiment relentlessly. Most experiments will fail. That's the job.

Who You Are

The non-negotiables

  • You're deeply AI-native. Not "I've tried ChatGPT" — you have a stack, you have opinions, and you've used AI to actually ship faster
  • You're high-agency. You don't wait to be managed. You figure out what needs to happen and you go do it
  • You've run growth programs before — not just supported them. You know the difference between activity and outcomes
  • You can write. Not "competent marketer writing" — genuinely good writing that sounds like a human being with a point of view
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity. There's no playbook here. You write the playbook.
  • You stay current. You know what's happening in AI, what's happening in B2B go-to-market, and you have opinions about both
  • You like early-stage. The chaos, the ownership, the speed — these are features, not bugs

Why This Role

Why this isn't just another marketing job

Most marketing jobs at AI companies are: "help us write blog posts about our AI product." This is different. You're employee zero in marketing at a company that actually builds AI. Your output will be powered by the same platform you're marketing. You'll have access to AI capabilities that give you a genuine edge — not as a gimmick, as infrastructure.

The company is small enough that your work is visible and your voice is heard. You'll be on the founding team in practice — not in title only. The things you build in the next 12 months will be in the company's DNA for years.

If you're the kind of person who's always wanted to do marketing at a company that actually gets AI — this is it. There won't be a better window.

Apply for This Role

Send your resume (or a LinkedIn), a few sentences on what your current AI stack looks like, and anything you've shipped that you're proud of. No cover letter template. Just be direct.
